Tyler Bierce

CEO

If you could ask five-year-old me what I wanted to do when I grew up, I would have exclaimed, "I'm going to build houses!" God seems to have put this desire to build in me from before I could even understand what it meant. As I grew older, I learned to appreciate and articulate some of the specifics I loved about houses - like the fact that a home can be designed to truly complement a family's lifestyle and can be built in such a way as to maximize durability and minimize maintenance.

These thoughts steered me towards a degree and initial career in architecture, but the call to do the actual building of homes pulled me to become a contractor. Now, I could talk your ear off about the many interesting facets of building methods, our industry's challenges, and building science - and if allowed, I truly will. At the end of the day, though, I just love it, plain and simple.

Tim Warnes

CFO

My journey in the building industry began in seventh grade when I asked my dad for advice on picking a second elective: he suggested a drafting class, which led me to take architectural classes throughout high school. In college, I realized my true passion lay not just in designing buildings but in being part of the dynamic team that brings them to life.

After gaining several years of experience as a commercial builder, I seized the chance to join Tyler in the custom building and remodeling world. Here, I’ve found immense satisfaction in not only contributing to the building process but also in seeing the final results of our work. Building custom homes is a complex and often obstical-laden process, but seeing the final product is one of the most rewarding things I've ever been apart of.
